Terms of Service

OnlySlot ("the Service", onlyslot.lol) is a public leaderboard where creators purchase ranked placement. A bid is a one-time payment for a listing's position on the board. The highest active bid holds #1; every bid earns whatever rank that amount buys at the time of payment. You are buying promotional placement - a digital advertising service - not goods, subscriptions, or content.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The board may link to age-restricted platforms; the Service is intended for adult audiences.

Bids are whole US dollars, $3 minimum, and are final when paid.

Rank holds until another listing pays more than your full bid. Re-submitting your own listing raises it and you pay only the difference from your current bid. Being outbid does not entitle you to a refund - see the Refund Policy.

Rank is computed from completed payments only. Equal bids rank by who paid first. Displayed prices are the final total (tax inclusive).

You may list a page you own or are authorized to promote. You may not list:

• chat or invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal);
• illegal content or content that infringes others' rights;
• malicious, deceptive, or broken destinations;
• pages impersonating another person or brand;
• content involving minors in any form - zero tolerance, reported where required by law.

Tracking parameters are stripped from listed links. We may remove any listing without notice for violating these rules; removed listings are not refunded.

Payments are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. All amounts are in USD.

Listings display engagement statistics, including click-through counts recorded by the Service. Statistics are provided for information and are not a guarantee of traffic, revenue, or outcome.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim. We are not responsible for the content of listed destinations.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes is acceptance. We may suspend or end the Service or any listing to comply with law or protect the Service's integrity.
