Refund Policy

All bids are final. A bid buys ranked placement that begins the moment your payment completes - the service is delivered instantly and continuously while your listing is live.

Specifically, the following are not refundable:

• Being outbid - your placement was delivered while it lasted; rank was never sold as permanent.
• Changing your mind after payment.
• Listings removed for violating the content rules in our Terms.
• Dissatisfaction with traffic or results - statistics are informational, not a guarantee.

We do refund genuine failures on our side: a duplicate charge for the same bid, or a completed payment where your listing never appeared on the board due to a technical fault.

To request one, email support@onlyslot.lol within 14 days of the charge with your payment reference and the listed link. We respond within 5 business days.
